I have been studying (and continue to study!) psychology, counselling, and spiritual truths for over forty years. Over that time I have gained a wide understanding of Transpersonal* and Holistic** Therapy, with a Jungian*** approach. I practice as a Counsellor, Coach, Hypnotherapist, EFT Practitioner, and also include Nutrition and some Kinesiology in my work. All these techniques fit together to help give a holistic approach to healing.

With one to one clients, I work intuitively and there is no one-size-fits-all package. My slightly unconventional and down-to-earth approach allows me to be more flexible and creative with each client. It is this intuitive working that I try to incorporate into my trainings, and encourage people to find their own path.

I am a certified Specialist in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Anxiety disorders.

My studies in nutrition have resulted in frequently uncovering food intolerances as a cause of depression, anxiety, and even OCD – something not taught or realised by many in the medical and counselling professions.

The foundation of my work is a Mindfulness approach, with self-awareness as key. Jungian Shadow work is an incredibly powerful way to increase self-belief and confidence, whilst an understanding of personality differences and communication styles is key to relationship issues.

I offer:

  • Hypnotherapy
  • NLP
  • Couples Counselling
  • Life Coaching
  • Personality Profiling
  • Healing Therapies
  • Self-Development / Personal Growth Courses
  • Motivational Speaking
  • Meditation and Mindfulness Courses.

*Stanislav Grof has defined transpersonal states of awareness as such: “The common denominator of this otherwise rich and ramified group of phenomena is the feeling of the individual that his consciousness expanded beyond the usual ego boundaries and the limitations of time and space.”

**Holism (from Greek ὅλος holos “all, whole, entire”) is the idea that natural systems (physical, biological, chemical, social, economic, mental, linguistic, etc.) and their properties should be viewed as wholes, not as collections of parts. This often includes the view that systems function as wholes and that their functioning cannot be fully understood solely in terms of their component parts.

***Jung considered individuation to be the central process of human development. – the psychological process of integrating the opposites, including the conscious with the unconscious, while still maintaining their relative autonomy.
