Carmen O’Connor

The Guildford Institute
Ward Street

Carmen has been a complementary therapist since 2000. She specialises in the Body-Mind Connection, supporting clients with a range of skills and experience to get to the source of their pain; emotionally, mentally, physically and energetically. Carmen tailor-makes each session for presenting needs whether that is simple relaxation or pain relief for frozen shoulder, lower back, carpal tunnel, sciatica, etc. Combination treatments can incorporate discussion with mindfulness techniques, massage, Reiki or Bach Flowers, if, for example, there is more mental/emotional difficulty being experienced.

Her recently published book, The Integrity of Love, is available on Amazon. It draws from Carmen’s own life and healing journey, and also her experience of working with clients for almost 20 years. Her wish for the reader is to offer comfort along their healing journey into more peace, so that many others are all able to share in the Integrity of Love.

Carmen is based at The Guildford Institute on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
