I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in Maidstone, Kent with a BSc (Hons) Ost and am fully insured and registered with the General Osteopathic Council as well as being a member of the British Osteopathic Association. Since graduating I have been working in clinics in Buckinghamshire and Kent before setting up my own clinic at home in Guildford; Surrey Osteopathic Care.
Over my time working I have developed a special interest in osteopathy for pregnant women and osteopathy for children. It is so amazing to see the difference cranial osteopathy can make to colicky and irritable babies. I have also been working with the mid-wives at the Royal Surrey County Hospital to try and discourage the reliance of medical intervention during pregnancy and labour and have run training programs for the midwives on techniques they can use to ease pain without the use of drugs.
I am a keen runner, regularly training for competitive event and this has led to an alternative interest in the treatment of sports injuries and rehabilitation, helping people to get back to their sport as quickly as possible.
A unique form of physical therapy where gentle manipulative techniques are used to correct joint and tissue imbalances, allowing restoration of harmony within the patient’s body
