There is no one thing that is a magic cure-all. Your health, on every level, is like a web. You need to take care of the web, navigate around it to catch the flies (flies are good news to a spider!) and keep a keen watch on web life. If we think of the flies, they are our highlights, our nourishment. All therapies, mind, body and spirit work, self-development work are 'flies'. We need to use these resources to change the set course of our unconscious programming, put in place usually by the age of 4!. Do we still need to react to adult situations, using the behaviiour and beliefs of the four year old?

Using therapies, we can effectively shortcut programming, by highlighting areas where we have negative unconscious programming. BodyTalk does this very effectvely. It is one of its many applications. By giving your body/mind a voice it can allow you to identify and release negative beliefs, residing in the unconscious. Along with reflexology, reiki and aromatherapy, it is a joy to be able to use these magical tools for transformation. My intention is to enable a person to start their journey back to the centre of their web, and there to have dominion over their kingdom!
