The Art of Conscious Breathing
The most important thing we do in our lives is to breathe. Yet most people take shallow little breaths into the top of their lungs. Shallow Breathing leads to a shallow expression of who we are. Conscious Breathing helps us to achieve our full potential on every level. It allows us to safely let go of the upsets and traumas of the past that tend to hold us back in life, either consciously or unconsciously. We are then able to free ourselves of these limitations and be the person we were always meant to be.
A session lasts approximately 2 hours and great benefit can be gained from a single session when you will learn a breathing strategy that will help to
support and heal you. A series of 10 sessions is recommended to work through a major issue.
