I am a fully qualified Naturopath and Herbalist that also practices Indian Head Massage. I currently practice in the therapy room at Naked Nutrition.

Before entering the field of complementary medicine, my background was in the accountancy and investment banking industry. Stress was second nature to me and I saw what it does to a person both physically and mentally and I knew I had to change my life. Naturopathic medicine is popular and well known in my native Australia and as I have always had an interest in natural medicine I knew it was an ideal alternative to my previous stressful career.

I have a particular interest in stress, enhancing fertility naturally (both women and men) and in women’s health from period problems, pregnancy through to menopausal symptoms. However, I am also able to treat a wide range of conditions including childhood/baby ailments, skin problems, digestive disorders, high blood pressure/cholesterol, arthritis, sleep problems, headaches, respiratory problems and many more. I treat the person and the cause of the illness not just the symptoms.

My aim is to help you to improve your health and vitality naturally.

Hippocrates said in about 400 BC, "Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food", this is still relevant today and it is the corner stone in Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine.

Qualifications:
Diploma’s in Naturopathic Medicine & Herbal Medicine (4 year course)
Practitioner’s certificate in Indian Head Massage
