In 1976 I joined Brookwood Aikido club and have practiced Aikido since then. It has had a guiding influence on my life. As a Civil Engineer I found the structural mechanics of the body and how to move it as a martial artist very interesting and interlinked. When I began my Trager Journey in 2004 and achieved practitioner status in 2006, this link was expanded to include the Trager Approach into everyday life for myself and as a way to help others.
