Before becoming a Shiatsu Therapist I had a fast-paced office job, but over the years found that my body’s ability to cope with stress diminished. A chance visit to a Shiatsu Therapist proved to be a powerful experience. Over a period of sessions I realised the potential to feel healthier and more relaxed.
Taking the plunge, I retrained as a Shiatsu Therapist, graduating from the Shiatsu College, Brighton in 2010, and have now set up my own practice in the Godalming
I have practiced Tai Chi for the past 10 years, and find that it is great for helping me to relax and unwind and feel more centred. I became an accredited teacher in 2008 (and am a member of the European School of Tai Chi Chuan and accredited by the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain).
I feel that the combination of Tai Chi and Shiatsu has equipped me extremely well to help my clients optimise their health and well-being.
