Astrid is trained in a variety of body work techniques (Ayurvedic, Biodynamic, Classic and Thai Massage, as well as Manual Lymph Drainage) and builds on her experience working with different therapies and a variety of clients to tailor each session to your individual requirements.
She has worked as a volunteer therapist at the Fountain Centre, a charity based in the St Luke’s Cancer Centre at the Royal Surrey County Hospital.
She has a degree in psychology and is multilingual, with broad life experience, having lived and worked in a number of European countries.
She is a member of ITEC, CThA, CNHC, and MLD UK.
