I have been working as an International Coach & Well-being practitioner since 2004 and I have assisted thousands of people find clarity and a greater sense of balance and well being in their personal and professional lives.

Each session is tailored specifically to the needs of the client and we work at their pace.

I help people move from where they are, to where they want to be; a springboard for personal growth and change.

My background is in corporate IT, process improvement and project management. I have lived and worked on three continents and after having a family I become ill. The doctors were unable to identify or explain my ailments. In search of an answer I searched extensively and studied diligently. I trained with local and international experts in Energy Balance, RAW (Rekindled Ancient Wisdom), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Coaching, High performance strategies, Kinesiology, Sound and Energetic Techniques.

I offer a combination of these techniques and strategies to clear negative patterns, trauma and belief limitations. These techniques support change at both a conscious and an unconscious level.  When we work with this two phased approach, the changes are rapid and lasting.
